Rick Hamilton, Interim General Manager

Rick Hamilton 

Currently serving as Interim General Manager is Rick Hamilton of Park City, Montana. Rick is the current President-Elect of the NILE Board of Directors and is a liaison between the innerworkings of the General Manager and the Board of Directors. As General Manager, Rick oversees all of the events and activities of the non-profit organization, like the NILE Stock Show & Rodeo, a Professional Bull Riders (PBR) Unleash The Beast event, the MATE Show and Home & Health Expo, and the NILE Foundation Fundraiser.

Rick is no stranger to the NILE, growing up Rick attended his first NILE Stock Show in 1969 and has only missed a couple years since! Showing cattle and horses as a youngster was a passion before becoming a trade show vendor. When the NILE purchased the MATE (Montana Agri-Trade Exposition) Show in 2008, Rick became heavily involved with working with the vendors and event management to ensure the show ran smoothly. Rick and his wife Marla reside in Park City and have been members of the organization since 1995.

Linda McCormick - Office Manager/Membership

Linda McCormick 
From member to volunteer and volunteer to staff, Linda McCormick joined the NILE Staff in August 2021. Linda's bubbly personality and organizational skills is a perfect fit as our Office Manager. Linda and her husband Al, became NILE members in the late 80's and both have played an integral part in the NILE Organization. Linda has mainly served as a volunteer on the Hospitality Committee and as a clerk for our NILE fall Livestock and Horse Sales.

Linda oversees all daily office tasks, event ticketing, the Hospitality Committee and the NILE Membership. Residing in Billings, Linda and her husband Al have three grown children - Kyle, Amanda and Ty. In their free time you can find Linda on the road in Scobey visiting family, in Bozeman cheering on the Bobcats or spending time with family and friends. Feel free to swing into the NILE Office to say "Hi" to Linda!

Shelby Shaw, Livestock Mgr & Director of Youth Education.

Shelby Shaw 
Shelby Shaw first began with the NILE as an intern in the fall of 2012, and began as a part of the Livestock Office Team prior to the 2013 Stock Show. As the Manager of the Livestock Office, Shelby oversees the NILE Livestock Shows & Sales, working extensively with livestock exhibitors as well as the livestock committees. As Director of Youth Education, Shelby works directly on the many NILE Youth focused programs including the Merit Heifer Program, NILE Internships and scholarship programs.

Shelby was raised in Worden, MT graduating from Huntley Project High School. She continued her education, graduating from Northwest College in Powell, WY with an Associate’s Degree in Animal Science and a minor in Agricultural Business and finished her education with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Animal Science – focusing on Livestock Production and Industry from Montana State University in Bozeman, MT.

Shelby and her husband Ike reside in Worden with their dogs, horses, and small herd of cattle. Much of Shelby’s free time is spent working with her family in all facets of their cattle operation, adventuring with her faithful four-legged companions or training her horses for the show ring. Shelby is a large advocate for the 4-H and FFA programs, being a former member of both herself – she is currently an active 4-H Leader and is a member of the Huntley Project FFA Alumni.

Traci Marchwinski, MATE Show Manager

Traci Marchwinski 

Traci Marchwinski became a member of the team when the NILE purchased the MATE Show and Home & Health Expo in 2008. She is responsible for selling and assisting the GM with the organization of the show. She has been with the show for nearly ten years and has a tremendous amount of experience in bringing it all together as the biggest agriculture trade show in Montana and Wyoming.

Marchwinski has a tenacious spirit to make the show bigger and better each year. Vendors appreciate her structure and organizational skills that give them assurance of a well-run and successful show.

Traci has deep roots to the community being raised on a farm south of Billings. She graduated from Rocky Mountain College in 1991 with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Psychology and a Masters Degree in Counseling from Montana State University-Billings in 1998.

Traci and her husband Dan now live on the family farm with their three children: Austin, Colton, and Ava.

Bonnie DeVerniero, Equine Programs Director

Bonnie DeVerniero 
Bonnie DeVerniero joined the NILE team in 2016 as a volunteer before moving into a part-time role as the Sales Clerk in 2017. In November 2019, she became a full-time NILE Staff Member, as the Equine Programs Director. She is a graduate of Montana State University-Billings, after attending Miles Community College for Equine Science and Biology.

As the Equine Programs Director, Bonnie handles the horse sales and futurities, the ranch rodeo, and raffle filly among other tasks. She is the lead on the NILE Foundation's fundraising event and will oversee the Radiant Rodeo and 4th Grade Ag Ed Program.

Bonnie was born and raised in Shepherd, MT, where she was an active 4-H and FFA member, showing various projects including horses. Along with her projects, Bonnie worked for Dr. Jeff Peila, DVM, as a vet assistant. Her career has been centered around providing excellent customer service by being attentive to detail and implementing policy and procedure. She became a business owner when her family opened Bad Bear Laser Tag in 2017. Being an entrepreneur has given Bonnie the chance to learn the necessary marketing and social networking skills to grow and establish a successful family entertainment business.

In 2006 she married, Mike, the cowboy who stole her heart and has spent many years enjoying life as a ranch hand's wife across eastern Montana. Bonnie spends her free time making new memories with family and friends or working with her horses.

Monica Cellmer, Accounting

Monica Cellmer 

Monica Cellmer started with the NILE in May of 1993, as an assistant to the General Manager. In 2001, Cellmer became the Accounting/Membership Manager. As Membership Manager, she also is responsible for ticket sales of all NILE events to members and annual and group ticket buyers.

Raised near Broadview, Montana, Cellmer graduated from Turtle Mountain Community College (Belcourt, ND) with an Associates Degree in 1988, then a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Eastern Montana College (Billings, MT) in 1992.

Monica is extremely valued by the NILE for her many years of experience and knowledge of the organization. As Membership Manager she oversees the member hospitality events as well as tickets sales for members and annual ticket buyers. As an accountant, Cellmer has grown her skills and expertise with the growth of the organization and the addition of the NILE Foundation in 2009.

She enjoys going to garage sales in the summer months and working on her yard. Monica and her husband Steve live on a ranch north of Billings, MT.

Monica retired from the day to day tasks in the NILE Office in August 2021, but is still very involved by keeping the NILE's accounting in order.
